2. How do I book a task?
Just choose a category, describe your task, set your time and location, and browse available service providers. Once you find the right one — confirm the booking.
3. Are the service providers verified?
Yes. We review each service provider’s profile and documents before they start working through our platform.
4. How do I pay for a task?
Payments are made securely through the Fix it Task platform using a credit or debit card.
5. What happens if something goes wrong?
If there’s any issue with the service, please contact our support team. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
6. Can I cancel or reschedule a task?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your task from your account, but please do so in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

1. How can I become a service provider?
Click on “Become a Tasker,” fill out the registration form, upload your documents, and wait for approval.
2. What services can I offer?
You can offer services such as handyman work, moving help, cleaning, landscaping, furniture assembly, painting, and more.
3. How do I get paid?
Once a task is completed and approved by the client, payment is released directly to your account.
4. How are prices set?
You can set your own rates, or choose to work with platform-recommended pricing.
5. Is there a commission fee?
Yes, Fix it Task charges a small service fee on each completed task. Details are available in your provider dashboard.
